Staffing Audience Campaign at Checkr

Objective
Create an integrated marketing campaign for our Staffing - Ideal Customer Profile to raise awareness for the Checkr brand in this space. Top of funnel assets included a use case page on Checkr.com and ungated content assets, with retargeting driving users to content downloads and an MQL landing page.

Solution
Develop a visual system for the campaign including a mix of data visualizations, product visuals, and a bold eye catching color palette.
Results
We first targeted this audience Q1-Q3 2022 and with this updated campaign Q1-Q3 2023 we saw a 38% increase in pipeline created in this segment.
Role
Concept creation, art direction, static design. Collaboration with Ad Conversion for launch, ad optimization, and motion design.
Campaign visual elements
The visuals for this campaign focused on speed to hire, streamlining the hiring process, and finding the right candidate in the talent pool. The use of geometric shapes and the Checkr brand color palette allowed for brand recognition. All elements needed to be successful as a static image and work for motion ads.
SIA ads - Static
Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) is the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. To target the staffing audience we created a collection of ads to be featured on their website, in newsletters, and emails.
Motion storyboards
Before handoff to our partners at Ad Conversion we would storyboard all motion to minimize iteration, for our internal review process, and approval with stakeholders. This is an example storyboard for one ad.

For this campaign we tested all variations of the value prop visual elements, CTA button vs. no CTA button, and motion vs. static.
